This transfer model can be used to estimate the concentration of several non-dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls (ndl-PCBs) in egg yolk fat and body fat of the laying hen based on oral exposure to feed contaminated with ndl-PCBs using contamination levels of individual congeners.
